Audubon FFA Members and Parents:

The annual Audubon FFA Banquet is fast approaching! The officer team has been working hard to prepare a fantastic night showcasing its members and their accomplishments over the past year. The banquet will be held on Thursday, March 20th. All members and their families are invited to attend this year’s celebration.

This year’s banquet will begin with a meal prepared by Two-Palms Grilling and served in the high school gymnasium. The serving line will start at 5:45 and go until 6:45PM (you may come anytime most convenient for you). After the meal, guests will move into the auditorium for the awards ceremony. The awards ceremony will start at 7:00 PM.

The cost of a banquet ticket is $10 per person. The chapter will cover the cost for chapter members. We will need to know numbers for the meal by March 11th. Again, chapter members will be covered by the chapter. Anyone else attending will cost $10/person. Please fill out the google form with your attendance numbers. https://forms.gle/9ny5SAXFASngHHKR9

Please complete the banquet form by Tuesday, March 11th. If you are purchasing additional tickets that money is due by Friday, March 14th.

Members in the 9th-12th grades need to be in official dress. 8th grade members can dress nicely. If you have any questions concerning the banquet, please do not hesitate to contact me.
