In addition to the public hunting areas, areas of the park that are not managed for intensive recreation are managed for wildlife.Trails/Hiking:We maintain roughly 3 miles of hiking trails. The park road is also a great spot to get out and walk, or bike, on. Click here for our Bike Trail Link. The timber area provides an excellent area to view and photograph wildlife & wildflowers. These trails are available for use as cross country ski trails in the winter. A winter sports hill is also provided.

The ACCB provides opportunities for schools, clubs, or individuals to learn more about their environment through programs. Wildflower hikes, bird banding, fishing, and forest management are just some of the potential subjects. For more information, contact the Park office.
